Brandon and REBL changed the game of real estate. Brandon destroyed every expectation previous realtors had previously created in my mind. He took the time to know us and our hopes and dreams before ever making a suggestion. He kept us in the driver seat the entire time and created a sense of peace knowing that we were going at our pace. He walked with us through some crazy economic turns and helped us navigate them in a way that brought us out ahead, when we never saw a way to even make it through.
Brandon is not only the most educated, insightful, and relatable realtors I’ve ever worked with, he’s also the most attentive to our needs, hopes and desires. Brandon worked with me over the last year to find a condo I was happy with. He never pressured me into any place we toured and made it clear he wasn’t there to do anything other than make sure I was happy. I was able to text/call him A LOT during this process—he always made time for me.
He went above and beyond for me at the end of this process too when it came to getting what I wanted from the seller. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and he’s not in it for the money. The last thing I’ll say is that he drops KNOWLEDGE! Brandon knows a lot about a lot within the market on both sides of the transaction. What else could you want?

Brandon was great to work with. From the beginning, he took the time to really get to know my wife and I, not just what we said we wanted in a house, but what actually mattered to us as we walked through each home. He paid attention to how we reacted, the way we talked about different features, and the little things we cared about. We didn't know the area at all and he was constantly sharing his knowledge about areas, weather, trains, commutes, and what areas had been going thru as far as the ups and downs of the general market place. Before long, he was finding homes that fit us because he genuinely understood our priorities. Just seeing that mirror helped us refine the most important details.

Adaptable agent.
We hired Brandon to sell our home in Aurora and this guy outperforms! We had about 4 to 5 months of obstacles brought on by everything from the house not fully being ready on our end all the way to things like market shifts. Brandon would be brutally honest to tell us exactly what we needed to hear instead of sugar coating things to result and not getting the house sold. And once we had buyers in place, we felt he was untouchable at reading the room to negotiate to maximize what we took home out of the sell of our home.
